Application fee: $75 cash, money order or cashier’s check for each applicant payable to Olive Branch Property Management. Application fee can also be paid in the cart above.

Income: last two paystubs, if Self-employed-1st 2 pages of tax return & pg 1 of schedule C, supporting income documents if used for qualification
ID: copy of DL or government issued ID and copy of Social Security Card for verification
Proof of current residence: ex. Utility bill, lease

We will begin processing your request for tenancy when your application has been completed and delivered with all supporting documentation and fee has been collected. Our goal is to provide you an answer/feedback in regards to your application within 2-3 business days. The process will consist of a credit report inquiry, income verification, rental history verification, and a criminal background check.
